Owen started his career in tax with big 4 CPA firms, then gradually moved on to accounting, financing and investment. He specializes in small-medium size commercial loans as well as private placement of equity funding. In addition, Owen has extensive experience in Debt Restructuring, M&A, equity financing, and financial reporting of listed companies;
