Natacha (Tasha) is a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser, specialising in residential lending and tailored home loan solutions. 

She is known for her warm, empathetic, and client-focused approach, taking genuine care to listen and understand each client’s individual situation. Her goal is to make people feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard throughout what can often be a stressful process. 

With experience in banking and financial services since the age of 19, Natacha has a strong background in client advisory and banking operations through her time at ANZ New Zealand. She understands end-to-end banking processes and applies this knowledge to deliver practical lending solutions and a smooth client experience.

Natacha specialises in first-home purchases, refinancing, investment lending, and construction loans. 

She takes a structured and detail-focused approach to every application, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported from start to finish.

Fluent in native English, Thai, and Lao Isaan, she works effectively with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and provides a clear and accessible experience built on trust and communication.
