Susan is a CFA charterholder with a strong background in funding, investment, and lending strategy. She has worked across government, banking, and property-related environments, bringing a practical understanding of how the New Zealand lending market moves. 

Before joining TY Investment, Susan worked at The Treasury NZ and Kāinga Ora. This background allows her to help clients better understand rate movements, loan structures, and how to position their lending more efficiently. She now supports clients with residential lending strategies, helping them make confident financing decisions on their journey to owning their dream home.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Korean.

• Master of Finance, University of Auckland 

• Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting), University of Canterbury
